Warm Sun Shining on Ten Thousand Homes!
The grand annual meeting of Carbonstop in 2023 was held at the Alcadia Hotel in Yesanpo. All members of Carbonstop gathered here to bid farewell to 2022 and welcome the hopeful and challenging 2023!
The design of the annual meeting was filled with thoughtful touches from the HR department and organizing colleagues.
The first half of the event followed the ISO14064-1 standard guidelines, conducting a systematic "carbon inventory" of Carbonstop from Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 perspectives. It focused on colleagues' personal growth in 2022 and thanked their family and friends for their support and companionship throughout the year.
The second half adhered to the "Green Meeting Guidelines and Actions," with everyone laughing and enjoying heartfelt performances, lively games, and the much-anticipated lottery draw, welcoming 2023 with joy.
Me and My Carbonstop
— "Scope 1 Carbon Inventory"
Founded on March 3, 2011, Carbonstop has now gone through 12 years. For colleagues, it is not only a platform for development but also a home for dedication. Carbonstop carries everyone's dreams and hopes.
The grand annual meeting began with personal interview videos of the colleagues.
Why join Carbonstop? Because of the company's warmth, the prospects of the carbon management industry, the charisma of the founder...
What was your initial dream? To have a career in a beloved industry, to improve professional skills in a specialized environment, or simply to earn money to support the family...
Describe your time at Carbonstop with one word, fulfilling, dreaming, growing, grateful, sharing hardships, full of possibilities...
What do you hope Carbonstop will be like in 10 years? A larger and stronger Carbonstop, a Carbonstop with a group of like-minded comrades moving forward together, a Carbonstop that has achieved "a carbon footprint for every product"...
Hard work brings us closer to our dreams. We wish all colleagues can bear abundant fruit on the platform of Carbonstop and achieve their life goals.
The Most Familiar Strangers
— "Scope 2 Carbon Inventory"
Driven by dreams and life, everyone works hard in the same city, cultivating the same sky. Colleagues interact closely, often surpassing the familiarity with parents, spouses, and children.
Parents, spouses, and children are our closest allies, our partners through thick and thin, but sometimes, because of familiarity, we overlook something.
In the "Scope 2 inventory" segment, three inventory officers (narrators) shared three stories about their colleagues, prompting us to look again at these "most familiar strangers."
A girl working diligently and living earnestly bears the responsibility of a family quietly. We saw the great sense of responsibility and commitment on her slender shoulders.
A colleague, despite health issues, insisted on completing urgent projects. We saw the dedication and responsibility in this colleague.
A father striving outside had to leave his child behind in his hometown. In his tender whispers to his child, we saw a father's deep love.
The Ties Behind Traveling and Dreams
— "Scope 3 Carbon Inventory"
Every day we work hard outside, but there is always someone silently supporting us. Maybe it's a spouse who shares our joys and sorrows, maybe it's parents who eagerly await our return home, maybe it's a child who looks forward to playing and conquering monsters with us, or maybe it's a dear friend we haven't seen in a long time...
For this segment, Carbonstop specially formed a temporary film crew, using both online and offline methods to record a video of blessings from colleagues' family and friends.
Seeing those familiar faces, conveying brief words of blessing to the company and everyone, we felt the deep familial ties and concern. Many colleagues were moved to tears.
With these ties, we have the courage to move forward. The company thoughtfully prepared gifts for each employee—a scarf symbolizing "linking warmth and love"—to take home and give to the people we care about most, bringing happiness and warmth back home.
I "See" You
— Report Writing and Witnessing Segment
2022 was a year of sweat, tears, achievements, and harvest. Carbonstop's founder, Lu Hui, saw the team's growth and challenges and set new expectations for 2023.
For the Consulting Team, he hopes they can embody "carbon," being as strong as diamond to serve as the bedrock of business, and as flexible as graphite to connect all aspects of the company, subtly helping the company achieve the goal of "a carbon footprint for every product."
For the Major Client Team, he hopes each member can be tempered by the projects in 2023, continuously improving their abilities, becoming key players in the team, and actively defining the carbon era.
For the SaaS Team, he hopes they continue to uphold a dedicated and pragmatic attitude, build a solid foundation, maintain innovation, and make CCloud stand out!
For the Finance Team, start implementing the highest standards for financial compliance to protect every penny of the company!
For the Marketing Team, creativity comes first, helping the company continue to build the best carbon management brand!
For the HR Team, there is no fastest, only faster in recruitment speed!
For the Design Team, continue to ride the wind and break the waves, designing one surprise after another!
For the Business Team, continue to fight tough battles and win victories, accelerating forward!

A Show Like 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon'
— Colleagues' Own Performance Show
An annual meeting isn't complete without performances and a lottery. At the grand finale, Carbonstop colleagues presented carefully prepared shows, and everyone tried their best during the lottery game, hoping to win the grand prize.
2022 has passed, and a new year begins. Carbonstop looks forward to joining hands with everyone to stride toward an even more brilliant 2023!
