SBTi TARGET SETTING PROCESS

Initial Communication

Engage in thorough discussions with clients to understand their carbon emissions status and reduction needs, assessing challenges and opportunities.

Submission of Commitment Letter

Assist companies in submitting a commitment letter, indicating their intention to set science-based reduction targets or verify existing targets, ensuring compliance with SBTi requirements.

Development of Science-Based Carbon Targets

Based on the SBTi guidelines, help enterprises formulate science-based reduction targets, offering carbon emissions baseline analysis and reduction pathway planning, with support for target development and verification over a maximum of 24 months.

Target Verification Submission

Organize the enterprise’s environmental information management structure, processes, and methodologies to assess data conditions. Assist in completing the science-based target submission form and liaise with the SBTi management team to review the target's scientific validity, ensuring formal approval.

Communication Strategy

Develop a communication strategy to convey the enterprise's science-based targets to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing the company website, social media, and other channels for dissemination.

Disclosure

Support enterprises in annually disclosing their carbon emissions and reduction progress through platforms such as CDP, annual reports, and sustainability reports to ensure transparency.

Goal Achievement

Provide continuous carbon management support and progress analysis, helping enterprises optimize their reduction strategies to ensure the realization of targets and long-term sustainability.
